With a background in finance, operations, and executive leadership, Bryan brings a practical, hands-on approach to the business. He focuses on building strong teams, creating accountability, and making sure the operation runs safely and efficiently every day.

Jeanette Howard
Vice President and Head of Human ResourcesJeanette brings a strong background in people leadership, team building, and communication to JB Driven. Her experience spans both the professional workplace and years of coaching, where she developed a leadership style centered on accountability, encouragement, and helping people perform at their best.
As Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Jeanette leads recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, and culture across the organization. Her ability to connect with people and build strong teams is a natural fit for JB Driven’s goal of creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and accountable to one another.
